Feelcerca Inc. (“we”, “us”) sets out below how personal and user information is handled on the websites we operate, feelcerca.com and feelcerca.co.jp (the “Site”).

As a rule, the Site does not collect users’ personal information. We collect information only in the following cases:

When you submit the contact form, the form-processing system we operate (api.feelcerca.com) issues a session cookie (fcsuite_session) that is necessary to process the submission and to prevent abusive submissions. This cookie is required for the form to function and is not used to track user behavior. If cookies are disabled in your browser, the contact form may not work correctly.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Site. Information contained in the access logs described above (such as your IP address) may be transmitted to these services.

Firebase Hosting (Google LLC) — website delivery and hosting.
Contact form processing (api.feelcerca.com) (Feelcerca Inc.) — receiving and processing inquiries.

Web fonts used for display are served from the Site itself; no information is transmitted to third parties in connection with fonts.

5. Provision to third parties

We do not provide collected personal information to third parties without the individual’s consent, except:

where required by law;
where necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent;
within the scope of the outsourcing described in “4. Third-party services” above.

6. Security measures and retention

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the information we hold. Information relating to inquiries is promptly deleted or anonymized after the necessary period has elapsed following resolution.
