Privacy Policy for GamesGames
Last Updated: October 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to all games and applications provided by Feelcerca Inc. (“Feelcerca”, “we”, “us”), including “Pirate Cat Cannon” and our other web, mobile, and console games (the “Games”). It applies wherever the Games are played — on feelcerca.com or feelcerca.co.jp, on third-party game portals such as Poki, or through app stores and console platforms.
At a glance
- We do not ask for or collect personal information such as your name, address, email address, or phone number through our Games. No account is needed to play.
- Your progress, settings, and high scores are stored only on your device and are not sent to us.
- Game portals, platforms, and advertising partners (such as Poki) may use cookies or similar identifiers under their own privacy policies.
1. Scope and relationship to our website policy
This policy covers information handled when you play the Games. For information handled on our corporate website (such as the contact form and other non-game pages), please see our Privacy Policy. If a particular Game or platform has its own specific practices, we will tell you in the Game or on its distribution page, and that notice takes precedence to that extent.
2. Personal information we collect
We do not collect or request any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your real name, physical address, email address, or phone number through our Games. No account or sign-up is required to play.
If you contact us by email or through our contact form, we use the information you send only to reply to you (see our website Privacy Policy for details).
3. Data stored on your device
Our Games may use browser LocalStorage, SessionStorage, or cookies (or local save data in mobile and console versions) solely to store your in-game progress, settings (such as audio volume and language), high scores, unlocked levels, and local save states.
This data is stored on your device and is not sent to us. Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app removes it.
4. Third-party platforms, SDKs, and advertising
Our Games may be distributed through, or integrate services from, third parties — for example, game portals such as Poki (including the Poki SDK), app stores, console platforms, analytics providers, and advertising providers.
To operate their services, display ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud and abuse, these third parties may collect or process information such as device type, browser and operating system, approximate region inferred from your IP address, and gameplay duration, as well as cookies or similar identifiers (including advertising identifiers). They do so under their own privacy policies, and we do not control their practices.
We may use aggregated statistics provided by these third parties to improve stability and game design. We do not use them to identify individual players.
When you play a Game on a third-party portal, that portal’s privacy policy and consent choices apply in addition to this policy.
5. Advertising choices
Ads may be shown in our Games, and advertising providers may use cookies or identifiers to show ads based on your interests.
In regions where consent is required (such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the platform or advertising provider presents a consent prompt. You can change or withdraw your consent through that prompt (where a settings link is provided), by clearing cookies, through your browser or device privacy settings, or by opting out of personalized ads in your device’s advertising settings.
6. Children’s privacy
Our Games are intended for a general audience. Because we do not collect personal information through the Games, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us below and we will promptly look into it and take any necessary action.
Third-party platforms may apply their own age-related and advertising rules.
7. Security and retention
We do not hold personal information from gameplay. Information you send us by email or through the contact form is kept only as long as needed to respond, and then deleted or anonymized.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA, and Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information may give you rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your information.
Because we do not hold personal information through the Games, we usually have no data to provide, but you are welcome to contact us with any request or question. For information held by third parties, please contact those companies directly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as laws, the Games’ features, or the services we use change. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
